It features advanced autonomic functions and Autonomous Line Control, ensuring stable operation with an APC system and automatic recovery options. The concentrated control feature enhances labor efficiency and utilization by enabling floor management systems and remote operation capabilities. Additionally, improved navigation reduces work variations with automated feeder setup and component supply, making the NPM-DX a pivotal tool for optimizing Smart manufacturing processes.

Enhanced Functionality: Standard installation of new features like Changeover, Component Supply, and Error Recovery improves workability and reduces labor needs.
Compatibility: Data creation, the 17-slot feeder cart, tape feeder, and nozzle are fully compatible with the NPM series.
Seamless Integration: Enables line connection with NPM-D and NPM-TT series, following the NPM series concept.
Automatic Recovery: Includes an optional Automatic Recovery feature for automatic pickup position adjustment in case of errors.
