Product Description
I.C.T-FAI1080 intelligent test terminal equipment, which solves the problems of long time-consuming, high labor costs, incomplete test coverage, high error rate and difficult traceability in the SMT production workshop of the electronics factory.
It can detect the first piece of boards such as solder paste board (printing solder paste and then attaching components), adhesive cardboard (attaching double-sided adhesive and then attaching components), red plastic board (printing red glue and then attaching components), and the detection type covers Data errors such as incorrect BOM usage, repeated positions, missing definitions of XY coordinates, multiple definitions, etc. Process problems such as multiple pastes, missing parts, wrong parts, reverse, rollover, rotation, etc. of the circuit board also include resistance, capacitance, Electrical performance of components such as inductors (usually incoming errors).
