Maximize Durability with Our Standard Conformal Coating Line

This standard Conformal Coating Line is designed to apply protective coatings to assembled PCBA, extending their lifespan. This line typically follows the SMT line and DIP line and is essential for high-quality production environments such as mobile phone manufacturing, automotive electronics, and battery industries. The basic configuration includes a coating machine, a curing oven, and a Coating AOI inspection machine.

The Conformal Coating Line measures 12 meters in length and 1.5 meters in width. If space is limited, a vertical curing oven can be used. Depending on your coating material, you can choose between IR infrared heating or UV light curing ovens. For any equipment selection inquiries, our team is available to assist you.
